I am Scott Stubblefield.
My name is Scott Stubblefield. I’ve been a web developer since 2007. I got my start at Francis Tuttle Technology Center in Oklahoma City, OK, enrolling in the Web Design & Development course at the school. After a short period of time, the instructor immediately recognized my talent and ability to quickly learn new skills. After 4 months in the class, I was given the opportunity to work part time at a local web design agency as a Junior CSS Developer. I was able to juggle school and the job for about four months, when finally I realized that I was learning more at the job than I did at school. That company took me in as a full time employee where I became the Senior Front End Developer after only 6 months.
I’ve held several positions in the world of web development since 2007. I’ve worked for several companies in both Oklahoma, and Florida.
Here are some of the companies and people I’ve had the pleasure of working with since 2007:
- Dan Denney | Twitter
- Dustin Brewer
- Michael Dick | Twitter
- Jonathan Yarbor @ Nodecraft
- Joe Donley | Twitter
- The Compliance Group
- Social Forces
In the past (and present), I’ve used several products, services, and coding languages to make my work more efficient. Some of these technologies include (but are not limited to):
- Twitter Bootstrap
- Sublime Text
Nowadays, I’m continuing to learn and see what growth I can achieve in any way possible. I’ve volunteered at church, learned more about Audio/Visual technologies in a church setting, and also volunteered with University Community Ministries, serving breakfast to low-income and homeless individuals each weekend. I’m always open to about new opportunities, and finding ways to grow all of my skills and qualities.
